What shipping methods are available?
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel – 1 to 7 business days.
- Canada Post Xpresspost – 1 to 3 business days
We offer complimentary expedited parcel delivery on all orders over $75 within 1 to 7 business days.
Purchases are delivered in an custom box filled with biodegradable filling, with the exception of certain items.
How long will it take to get my package?
- A note from Canada Post: Customers should anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.
- We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. For an estimated cost on shipping and tax, please visit the cart or checkout page.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
- Once the order has been shipped we will send an email with tracking information. Click on the link to track your package. Please note it may take up to 48hrs for your tracking number to be activated after your order has been processed.
